Mr Gordon joins the Board of Directors, taking up the positions of Chief Operating Officer and President of Sales & Marketing, he will be in charge of worldwide sales and marketing and will undertake management responsibility. With 26 years experience in the Health Care business and a concentration over the past 14 years on the Refractive business. Mr Gordon spent several years as Director of Sales and Marketing in Europe for Autonomous, one of the industry's most successful entrepreneurial companies. Recent experience includes serving as Global Director of Sales and Marketing for Q-Vis Ltd and Vice President Europe for LaserSight. Mr Gordon is regarded as one of the world's most experienced sales and marketing people in the refractive industry, with particular experience of Solid State refractive systems and marketing innovative technology.
