CustomVisTM services and supports its products and technology through a combination of in-house training, proprietary alignment & calibration techniques, and highly qualified technical service and support staff, supplemented by factory trained & certified technical service staff working through our service representatives, distributors and agents worldwide. Service and support activities are centered on the following:
CustomVisTM Service & Upgrades:
CustomVisTM installs, maintains & services its proprietary products and technology, and also holds service contracts to maintain and upgrade some common excimer and solid state refractive laser and diagnostic systems.
CustomVisTM also provides service worldwide for the Tracey Technologies, i-Trace TM Wavefront and Corneal topography instruments packaged with its Pulzar Z1 TM Corneal Refractive Laser System.
CustomVisTM Custom Consulting:
CustomVisTM can also provide resource for research and development, technology and innovation management, and laser engine and associated technology evaluations and redesign assignments.
